REFUNDS

Because all items are made to order, we only issue refunds in situations where the mistake is caused by us.
We do not offer refunds for reasons related to customer preference (wrong size, wrong choice, change of mind, etc.).

1. When Refunds Are Approved

A full or partial refund will be issued if:

  • The product arrives damaged due to production error

  • The product has major printing defects

  • You received the wrong item, size, or color

  • The item was damaged during shipping

  • The product cannot be replaced due to stock or production limitations

To review your case, we require:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photo of the defect or issue

  • Order number

  • Proof of purchase (if needed)

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds in the following cases:

  • You ordered the wrong size

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item

  • The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • The product is not in its original condition due to reasons not caused by us

  • The request is submitted more than 30 days after the delivery date

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check your bank account again

  2. Then contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)

  3. Next, contact your bank
    There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

4. Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Only part of a multi-item order is affected

  • The product has minor defects that do not qualify for a full refund

  • You choose to keep the defective item with a discount refund option
