Return Policy

All of our products are made to order, which means each item is produced individually for every customer. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or not liking the design/color.

However, we always stand behind the quality of our products and will fully support you if there is an issue caused by us.

1. When We Accept Returns or Replacements

We offer a free replacement or a full refund if your item arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Incorrect design (printed differently from what you ordered)

  • Wrong size, wrong color, or wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defects (major print defects, tearing, severe stitching errors, etc.)

  • Damaged during shipping (please include a photo of the package upon arrival)

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the faulty item

  • Photo of the tag/label

  • Photo showing the defect

  • Your order number

Once confirmed, we will resend a new item at no cost to you, or issue a refund.

2. Cases Where Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Because every item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • You ordered the wrong size

  • You changed your mind after the order was placed

  • You want a different design or color

  • The item has been worn, washed, or used

  • The item is missing original tags or is not in its original condition

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date

  • Sale/clearance items

3. Time Frame

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements.

4. Important Notes

  • Please do not return the item to our warehouse unless instructed by our support team.

  • As all items are made to order, returned items cannot be resold — we appreciate your understanding.
